imperosol 85dc1eb3de style: clean unused classes 
- `.form_button` : ancienne interface des clics (changée en 2021)
- `.ui-dialog` : jquery-ui (retiré milieu 2025)
- `td>ul` : déjà déclaré dans `td,th{>ul}`, quelques lignes plus haut
- `.edit-bar` : littéralement jamais utilisé

imperosol 92058a7932 style: remove base.css 
Ça a pu être utile dans le passé, mais avec l'évolution des navigateurs (merci à Skia d'avoir précisé dans les commentaires que c'était là pour ça) et l'étoffement du reste du css, il y a seulement trois lignes du fichier qui ont encore réellement une utilité.

Le peu qui sert encore peut donc être déplacé dans `style.scss` et le reste supprimé sans problème.
